Could not get out because it was too windy. But got another lot of Tatties in. Have now got nine Sungold and seven Shirley, so assuming they all, stay the Course, should have plenty for everyone. Planted 'Minibel', these are the tiny Toms, to be grown on the Windowsill. Sent for 'Meteor', I usually grow 'Kelvedon Wonder, Peas, but thought I would have a change,

You're doing really well with your seedlings, Tina. OH and I have spent several hours on and off out in the garden today, making the most of the weather. Got my 3 rosebushes in at last. OH has tidied up a couple of his raised veg beds, with breaks to rest his back.

Sunny today, but still windy, so went out for five Minutes, and planted up some of the Broad Beans that I grew in the little Fibre Pots, still got more on the Windowsill, not quite ready yet. Also I planted up the 'Cambridge Favourite', Strawberry Plants. My Strawbs, took an awful battering in the Winter, never seen them so decimated. Wish I was able to do more, maybe when the Weather improves, my Legs will too. Had the Idea of putting a Mask on to help me inhaling too much Wind, and think it has worked.

Really, really need to get out in the Garden, but the strong Winds are stopping me, and the Rain, it has been a very cold Month up here. My Broad Beans are getting very leggy, and have nowhere else to go. Never seen so many Tomato Seedlings, as have got with Minibel, about sixteen, that is a Record, for me. Want to get some Cues potted up, now have remembered, will do it soon, can't at the moment, as everything is all over the Place. I can't use Vermiculite, either, as it goes for my Chest, usually use half and half, to start Seeds off.

Just had to come indoors as it's too hot to do any more! What a contrast to yesterday and to your weather, Tina.

Well done, Iris, for everything you've completed in the garden. It'll look great when they're all settled in.

It's not too early to talk about it. I didn't think I could love working in the garden so much, but it happened. It's my way of relieving stress when I can't work out. Plus, the bright colors in my life don't hurt. It's interesting to see what you decide.

Been out in the Garden, and did as much as I could, mostly pruning Fuchsias, but think I have lost a few. Sat in the Sun, and wanted so much to do more, but knew, it might affect my Legs, so decided to err on the side of Caution. Hated coming in, when so much needed doing, and the Sun still shining. The new Man next Door, planted Onion Sets quite early on, and was wondering what had happend to them, I could tell him, but don't want to appear as Mrs Knowall. Those Tinker Birds have been pulling them up. I do not feed them Scraps, when I have Veg growing, so will stop doing that, and just put the usual Feed out.

Got a lot done, concentrated in getting Seeds in, so have Carrots, Radish, and Lettuce, plus an Onion Set, and the Broad Beans. Have asked Son to make me another Planter for smaller Crops, as Grandson does not seem keen. and he said he would. A very funny thing happened with One lot of my Strawberries, was not Vine Weevil, because I checked, but they died off, all brown, except a few, four, actually, had a small green shoot in the middle, so, have repotted them, and disposed of the rest, which were brown, and very brittle, actually snapping. never known that before. Potted up Courgettes, and Marrows, for the Windowsill, am pooped!

Everybody that I was growing for, now have their Plants. One each of 'Shirley', one of 'Sungold', and two of 'Minibel. Let's hope the Cucumbers will come on . Away down the Garden, to find Pots for 'Minibel', and get them potted up, will have to find Homes for some.

That's a shame, Tina. I'm sure you will find good homes for them though.

...or if not, then I reckon there'll be some tomato soup to be made! But, most people would appreciate some tomato plants, I'm sure! :-)
