Would like to make a Roast Dinner, but because Iwould have to leave the Chicken out to cool, can't because of the Ants, so will have a Greggs Chicken Turnover, never had it before, with fresh Spinich from the Garden, first Time have grown it. Dessert, left over Plums from Yesterday, with Yogurt.

Roast chicken ...sorry Tina! Will do a fruit crumble for pud I have been wanting for a while! Not really summer food but then it does not feel like summer!

I've made a shepherds pie - well, 2, one for the freezer. Topped with our own spuds and to be served with our own carrots and peas.

I think I've had enough of cooking... Leftover pasty I think with some new potatoes and veg - that'll be the extent of my cooking today. Well, that is, apart from my batch of marmalade..

I did have my Chicken Dinner in the end, not quite the same, just wrapped a Chicken Breast in plenty of Butter and Garlic, and roasted it with everything else.

Homemade pizza topped with bacon, blue and brie cheeses, slices of pear and walnuts, will have it with new potatoes and salad.
Also making bread, a double batch of raspberry/blueberry muffins (some to freeze), and tuna loaf for Betty.

You have just given me the Idea Aly, did not know what to have, simple, Vegetable Chilli ! Have Apple Tart to use up, so will have with Custard.

I'm making a fish pie - well, probably 2, one for the freezer - using coley, salmon and smoked mackerel. The topping will be a mixture of ordinary and sweet potato mash.

Have Odds and Ends of Fish to use up, so Fish Pies, like you Sue, one to freeze. Really fancy Gooseberries, so Gooseberry Fool, for Dessert.

Made the pastry that I should have made yesterday....when I say I'm going to do something, I should say this week rather than today I never seem to get round to doing what I was supposed to doing on the day. When putting the pastry in the freezer earlier, I found an unlabelled tub of something (husband put it in there without waiting for me to write on it ). I can't tell what it is, but it's something meaty I think, possibly chicken in a tomato sauce. Whatever it is, I've taken it out and will put it in a pie tomorrow, having retrieved one pack of the pastry. Today we're having a sausage pasta bake.
