Thought as it is so handy to me, would add this, Thread, will start it off with one of my easiest Meals, and tasty too. HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 4 CHICKEN BREASTS 1 TEASPOON TABASCO HALF CUP HONEY, I ONLY USE A COUPLE OF DESSERTSPOONS QUARTER CUP WHOLEGRAIN MUSTARD QUARTER CUP DIJOHN MUSTARD 2 TABLESPOONS WATER 2 TABLESPOONS CORNFLOUR, TO THICKEN MIX EVEYTHING IN JUG AND POUR OVER CHICKEN COOK 4 TO 6 HOURS ON LOW REMOVE CHICKEN ADJUST SEASONING AD CORNFLOUR MIX STIR WELL, AND REPLACE CHICKEN PIECES. COOK ANOTHER 15 MINS OR UNTIL IT THICKENS..

This can also be made with Quorn Steaks, but I can only eat half of one, they are so filling

Good idea Tina. Sounds a nice recipe, quite a lot of mustard in it though. Yes, I'd reduce the amount of honey too.
I use my slow cooker quite a lot, I'll add some recipes when I think of them.

I taste a lot, what suits me, may not suit everyone. Love my Slow Cooker.Makes a lovely Rice Pudding, as long as you do not overcook. Best of all, you can put yout Chicken in, and just open a Jar of Sauce, pour over, add a few bits of your own, and that's it. Last Jar of Sweet and Sour Dolmio, there was very little but Liquid in the Jar, a couple bits of Pineaple, and slivers of Carrot.

I use the slow cooker lots too. I have two small ones so that I can accommodate us both. Quorn needs adding much later on as it goes too soft with long cooking.
