Wide Noodles with Lamb Shank: Not too sure about the broth part of this recipe, I could be tempted to thicken it somewhat and treat it as a casserole dish:

I cooked another beef casserole yesterday, slowly cooked. It was delicious, so good to be able to leave it to cook on its own. We'll be having the other half this evening.
Also today a chocolate layer cake - OH's request.

Good afternoon Ladies, here is the mushroom risotto recipe I used last night, it was a bit of a ‘see how you go’ affair as I could only remember part of what the guy told me, however it seemed to work albeit that it takes a little longer than, say, a gash risotto that one might quickly ‘knock-up’ if I have missed anything please shout. This evening I cooked this:
natashaskitchen.com/lemon-chicken-recipe/ Served with cheese-y mashed potatoes and peas (our next shopping delivery is Tuesday, so a bit short of fresh green veg !!).
Very good - and OH loved it too.

Today - it is wholemeal roundy and white crusty loaf (cooked in Lekue mould - fantastic way of making the loaf). It's making me hungry just thinking about the lovely warm bread (currently still proving).
